My experience at dentists has been mixed, and usually it isn't pleasant. This place was welcoming. The facility itself is light & airy. Everyone introduced themselves. From the front desk to the hygienist, to another hygienist to the dentist, the therapy dog, and the last lady as you go out the door, I met them all, and the appointment card has the names of everyone I met. I will be more comfortable next time. It feels like I'm getting exceptionally good care from people who care.
Helen CarrollGot a broken crown over my visit to PCB last month and needed a check before I returned to my home dentist. After a few calls from my in-network list, I came across Emerald Coast Dental. Victoria, Patient Experience Coordinator, was great and managed to get me in! The warmness and professionalism of Dr. Griffin, Victoria and the entire team was really special and I wanted to be sure to let them know how much I appreciated that! After an okay from Dr. Griffin and no pain involved, I was able to go on and enjoy the rest of my vacation. I met such a wonderful team at Emerald Coast and if I'm ever fortunate enough to move to PCB, I know where I would go for dental treatment. Thank you very much!

I recently retired from 49 years in the dental profession and relocated to Florida.
I waited to share any review until after much research and several visits to determine if this will be our permanent dental office.
I’m happy to say this is by far, an outstanding dental practice!!
The office is spotless, the entire team is professional, welcoming, helpful and informative. Everything is explained thoroughly and questions answered in a no pressure, relaxed, no rush atmosphere.
I HIGHLY recommend this state of the art practice and look forward to a lifetime of excellence in dental care for my husband and I.

Jamie YanezI had my first visit at Emerald Coast Dental Spa & Sleep Medicine. It was my favorite visit to the dentist ever! The office was very inviting, clean, and comfortable. You are able to tour the facility and meet the most pleasant office staff. The dentist and hygienist(Victoria and Robyn)were so friendly and cool that I forgot I was at a dentist office. Jodi GaffneyThis is a good group of professionals, from the front office to all the team taking care of you. They know what they're doing and more importantly, they truly care how you are doing. They make sure that you are taken care of. I am not from here and had a dental problem while I was visiting and they took me in right away and got my issue taken care of right away! They have definitely got it figured out how to treat their patients and I highly recommend!

Victoria, Robyn, and Heather always have me feeling welcomed and relaxed not to mention are very patient with explaining the processes and treatments. Tj also makes the check out process very smoothly as well as helping me understand the payment process and cost. I cannot adequately express how these four have made going to the dentist as something to look forward to rather and another chore to be done.
Delusion SerpentI can not say how amazing this place is! My daughter has a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting her teeth worked on. We have been asked not to come back to multiple dentists because of her anxiety until we found Emerald Coast Dental Spa & Sleep Medicine! Dr. Krestos and Heather were not only able to clean her teeth but they were also able to do multiple fillings. My daughter is probably the worst patient ever but they never got upset with her and had way more patience than I would have ever expected! We are also seeing Dr. Griffin on the sleep side and she is great as well. She explains everything so throughly and in a way that my daughter understands. This place is a game changer for us! Thank you all so so much!!

She says the Emerald Coast Dental Office is caring, patient, hard-working, detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to their work! She has not had pleasant experiences with previous dentists and the experience at Emerald not only resolved the issues she faced from those previous experiences, but also left her feeling much better health wise. The team of doctors are true professionals and take their work seriously and care for the outcome of their patients. She especially wants to thank TJ and Sidney for everything they did. Their prompt responses and willingness to listen and check every concern is refreshing and much needed in today's world. Highly recommended!
